+1 Sooner rather than later for preference...
I ain't innocent, but I do have a preference for bash.

Currently the default locale for SSH is users is *C*. Make *en_US.UTF-8* the default locale for SSH, to match locale for GUI Shell and to eliminate character display problems reported in the forum.
